MK Kitchen is owned by a husband and wife team, Mitchell and Lisa Kaldrovich. The two met in a restaurant in Tahoe, California and brought their knowledge and experiences from past restaurants and kitchens to the small town of Gorham, Maine. Mitchell is the Chef and Lisa is the General Manager.

We work closely with local farmers and fish purveyors to get the best product that we can. Chef Mitch and our team make the menu items from scratch including the soups, sauces, ravioli, gnocchi, focaccia bread, gelato, desserts and more.
